It is not permissible to continue working in a usurious bank, and one must leave it immediately. Commercial insurance is forbidden in all its forms, but it is permissible to enter into it under duress, and the sin is upon the one who compelled. However, it is not permissible to open an agency for commercial insurance, even if the insurance is mandatory, as necessity is assessed by its extent. Instead, it is recommended to open an agency for cooperative insurance.
