The answer

If the bank buys the car and sells it to the employee, or grants the employee a benevolent loan () without interest, there is no objection. The company donates a part of the car's price and stipulates conditions to the employee to ensure their utilization of it and to prevent its sale. This is permissible, except for what is mentioned in points 5 and 8. In point 5, the nature of the contract signed between the company and the employee was not clarified. In point 8, if the insurance is commercial, then it is forbidden. There is no objection to stipulating that the employee may not dispose of the car until after five years, as it is a condition that does not permit what is forbidden nor forbid what is permissible, and it aims to achieve the interests of both parties.
