Is it permissible for a wife to stipulate that her husband not manage their son's money, and that her father or mother manage it instead? And how can she compel her husband to return her money to the heirs in the event of her death, knowing that he borrowed a large sum from her and has not repaid it, and she fears he will not repay it?

The husband must return to his wife what he borrowed from her, and it is not permissible for him to procrastinate while he is able to pay, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The procrastination of the rich is injustice." As for the guardianship of children, it is a legal matter determined by the Lawgiver, and the husband takes precedence in guardianship over his children as long as he meets the conditions. If he loses guardianship, recourse should be made to the judge. To compel the husband to return the debt, recourse can be made to the Sharia (definition) judiciary.
