The question

Is it obligatory to interrupt the prayer and repeat the ablution upon feeling a slight movement and hearing a faint sound from the anus, with the predominant assumption that nothing has exited, and is this considered doubt, especially with the recurrence of this issue and its impact on one's devotion and congregational prayer, and what is the ruling on continuing the prayer in this situation?

The answer

You are afflicted with waswasah (whispers/obsessive thoughts), and we advise you to disregard them. The statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), "until he hears a sound," means attaining certainty that something has exited. If there is a possibility that the sound is merely stomach rumbling, and there is no firm certainty of expulsion, then proceed with your prayer, adhering to the fundamental principle that ritual purity remains intact, and your prayer is valid.
