Scholars have differed regarding the location of congregational prayer. The majority of them are of the view that it is valid in any place, and the mosque is not a condition for its performance. However, praying in the mosque is better and carries a greater reward, due to the virtue of frequenting mosques, and to avoid disagreement. Therefore, there is no harm for you in praying in this location, but if you are able to go to the mosque without detriment to your work, that would be more preferable.
