The default is for you to pray in the mosque with the congregation and inform the official of this. If you obtain approval, then that is what is desired. Otherwise, it is permissible for you to establish a congregation at your workplace because congregational prayer is valid outside the mosque according to scholars, even if praying in the mosque is preferable. You are excused in this matter due to necessity, and we ask Allah to grant you full reward.
