What is the reward for the Imam for those who pray behind him?

Imamate in prayer is a virtue attained by the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and the Rightly Guided Caliphs. Taking on the role of Imam is, according to most jurists, superior to the Adhan (definition) (call to prayer), because the Imam facilitates the attainment of the virtue of congregational prayer for himself and for those praying behind him. The reward for congregational prayer surpasses that of individual prayer by twenty-five or twenty-seven degrees, and the one praying behind the Imam is rewarded for enabling the Imam to attain the virtue of congregational prayer.
