What is the ruling on what was mentioned concerning the absence of a regular muezzin for the mosque, and preventing one of the worshippers from leading the prayer due to his not performing Qunut, or not reciting communal dhikr, or not saying prayers upon the Prophet aloud on the loudspeaker after the adhan?

There is no harm in refraining from praying at a mosque where you do not find devotion (khushu'), as the devotion related to the essence of the worship is more worthy of consideration than its location. It is preferable to pray in the mosque of your neighborhood, then the mosque with the largest congregation, then the farthest, then the oldest. However, if a distant mosque provides greater devotion, then it is better to go there. You should not lead prayers as an imam in a mosque that imposes unlawful practices upon you. Instead, you should advise them and gently explain the religious ruling to them. A single adhan (definition) is sufficient for the resident if his family can hear it. There is no sin upon you for not performing the Fajr adhan in that mosque if you are awake.
