Does the frequent and continuous discharge of madhy (pre-seminal fluid), which causes obsessive thoughts and difficulty in purification, affect the validity of daily prayers?
Source: FtawySummary from Ftawy's records · added here Sep 2, 2026
You must wait for the prostatic fluid (madhiy) to stop, then perform ablution (wudu') and pray. If the madhiy continues until you fear the prayer time will expire, then perform ablution and pray in your current state. If you are uncertain whether the madhiy was discharged before or after the prayer, your prayer is valid.
