The answer

A Muslim must observe prayer at its appointed time, for prayer is the most beloved deed to Allah after honoring one's parents and striving in His cause. It is not permissible to delay it. Ablution does not require a clean place, and prayer is valid in any pure place; the entire earth is a mosque except for graveyards and bathrooms. If one deliberately delays prayer until the time becomes too short to fulfill its conditions and pillars, then he performs it along with his sin for the delay. If he is unable to meet one of the conditions for the validity of prayer, he prays within the time, and that condition is waived for him. It is not permissible for him to delay the prayer beyond its time for the sake of fulfilling this condition.
