The answer

Tranquility is achieved by performing it sufficiently. Glorifying Allah in prostration is a according to the majority of scholars, and obligatory according to the Hanbalis. Therefore, whoever intentionally omits it, their prayer is invalid according to them. However, if one omits it due to forgetfulness or ignorance, their prayer is not invalidated, but they must perform the prostration of forgetfulness according to the Hanbalis. Performing the glorification while moving (between postures) is not sufficient, and perfection is achieved with three glorifications. Tranquility is obligatory in all physical pillars of prayer.
