Is the supplicant sinful for her lack of devotion in the Maghrib prayer and for some women praying beside her while she was in the second rak'ah?

There is no sin upon you in what you mentioned. The women following your lead and your intention to lead the prayer is permissible according to many scholars. Your lack of concentration does not affect the validity of your prayer nor does it prevent them from following your lead.
