Must an Internet cafe be closed five times a day for prayers?

Attending congregational prayers in the mosque is obligatory for an able-bodied man who hears the call [to prayer]. It is not permissible to stay away from it except for a legitimate Shar'i excuse, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "By Him in Whose Hand my soul is, I was about to order firewood to be collected, then order the Adhan (definition) to be proclaimed, then order someone to lead the prayer, and then go to some men and burn their houses upon them. By Him in Whose Hand my soul is, if one of them knew that he would find a fat bone or two good cuts of meat, he would attend the 'Isha' prayer." If your attendance at prayer is not possible except by closing the shop, then it is obligatory for you to close it.
