Is the failure to utter the Two Testimonies and perform prayer without ablution during the throes of death, despite a good life and intense devotion, along with obsessive thoughts about ablution, considered a bad ending?

One must think well of Muslims, especially the righteous and good-doers, because Allah has forbidden ill-suspicion. It is from the Sunnah (definition) to cover the face of the deceased, out of fear that their face might change, leading to ill-suspicion. Scholars have mentioned signs of a good ending, such as the last words being "La ilaha illa Allah" (There is no god but Allah), dying on a Friday, and sweating on the forehead. The absence of these signs does not indicate a bad ending, for a believer is always hoped for good and thought well of. Therefore, what was mentioned about the woman does not indicate a bad ending for her and can be interpreted otherwise.
