The answer

Traveling for tourism is originally permissible, and a traveler is allowed to avail himself of the concessions of travel, such as combining and shortening prayers, breaking the fast, and omitting Friday prayer along with the Dhuhr prayer. It is not permissible to compel a sponsored person to travel unless it is a stipulated condition in the contract without any ambiguity. Anyone who intends to stay for four days or more is not considered a traveler and therefore cannot avail himself of the concessions of travel.
