The wife should admonish him and advise him to repent and become righteous, and pressure him in every possible way, such as denying herself to him for the sake of Allah, seeking help from someone who can speak to him, and supplicating for his guidance. As for sleeping through prayers, he must take measures to wake up before sleeping. If sleep overwhelms him, let him pray when he wakes up, and there is no sin upon him.
