It is permissible for the preacher to raise his voice during the sermon when there is a need, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, when he delivered a sermon, his eyes would redden and his voice would become loud. It is recommended for the preacher to raise his voice so that people can hear him and so that he can attract their attention, but without causing harm. It is not appropriate to exaggerate in raising the voice when there is a loudspeaker; rather, proportionality must be observed.
