The answer

Studying is not an excuse for missing Friday prayer. It was obligatory for you to disobey the teacher or principal and go to perform the Friday prayer, and to seek another school that does not prevent you from what Allah has made obligatory upon you. What has passed can be remedied by repentance, regret, and the firm intention to preserve the Friday prayer in the future, for "regret is repentance," and "the one who repents from a sin is like one who has no sin." Missing Friday prayer out of negligence is a major sin, but it does not constitute disbelief that takes one out of the fold of Islam. If you are with a group of Muslims residing in the town, it is incumbent upon you to establish the Friday prayer, and it is not a condition that it be in a congregational mosque.
