The answer

It is prohibited to intentionally supplicate against oneself, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Do not supplicate against yourselves, nor supplicate against your children, nor supplicate against your wealth. Do not coincide with a moment from Allah in which a gift is requested, and He responds to you." However, if the supplication was unintentional, there is no accountability for it. Allah the Almighty has indeed answered the supplication: "Our Lord, do not take us to task if we forget or make a mistake."
