Am I obligated to make up prayers and fasts, and what about Umrah, if I was practicing an act that I do not know whether it was masturbation requiring ghusl, and I was unaware of the emission of semen, especially since my mother told me that it was not a habit? And what are the nullifiers of Ihram and their expiations?

As long as you are not certain about the emission of semen necessitating , then your fasting, prayers, and are valid. Masturbation does not invalidate the fast nor does it necessitate ghusl unless semen is discharged. The default is that one's responsibility remains unfulfilled unless there is certainty about it.
