The answer

If the journey is very difficult outside of Dhuhr time, and there is no bus available except at this time, then it is permissible to combine the prayers by performing Asr with Dhuhr (Jam' Taqdeem). This is a view held by some scholars. Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah reported that Imam Ahmad's is the broadest regarding combining prayers due to hardship and occupation. Among those who permitted combining prayers generally due to need, provided it is not made a habit, are Ibn Sirin, Rabia, Ashhab, Ibn al-Mundhir, and al-Qaffal al-Kabir.
