The answer

Intentionally abandoning a single prayer until its time expires is a heinous sin and a major transgression, indeed, it is considered disbelief that expels one from the faith by many scholars. What is obligatory is to maintain prayer in the future and to repent to Allah. It is also necessary to make up the missed prayers: Asr, Maghrib, and Isha.
