Is it permissible for someone who missed the Asr prayer due to sleep to pray Maghrib in congregation and then pray Asr immediately thereafter?

You should have prayed Asr then Maghrib. However, since you prayed Maghrib before Asr due to ignorance or forgetfulness, both prayers are valid. You must take the necessary measures to wake up for prayer at its appointed time, and if you fail to do so, you are not excused.
