Is it permissible to make up prayers without ritual purity immediately after performing the obligatory prayer, and are the Sunnah prayers to be made up?

Whoever has missed prayers to make up must perform them at any time of day or night, before or after the obligatory prayer, according to their ability. As for making up supererogatory prayers (Sunan al-Rawatib), the Shafi'i school holds that it is desirable to make them up.
