Is it permissible to sometimes delay the Sunnah prayer (Rawatib Qabliyyah) until after the Fardh prayer or after the Sunnah Ba'diyyah prayer?

The default is that the pre-prayer Sunnah (definition) is performed before the obligatory prayer. However, it is permissible for one who missed it to perform it after the obligatory prayer, or after the post-prayer regular (Sunnah) prayer, due to what was authentically narrated from Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, if he did not pray four rak'ahs before Dhuhr, he would pray them after it. And if he missed the four rak'ahs before Dhuhr, he would pray them after the two rak'ahs after Dhuhr.
