Is not waking up for Fajr prayer due to studying until late at night considered negligence concerning the prayer?

If sleep overwhelms you and you miss Fajr prayer, but you had intended to perform it, then we hope you are not among the "heedless" mentioned in the verse: "So woe to those who pray, [But] who are heedless of their prayer." This is because the meaning of "heedless" refers to those who are negligent and unconcerned. However, there is a concern that you might incur sin if your deep sleep was due to staying up late.
