The answer

If someone performs ablution (Wudu') and then doubts whether they invalidated it or not, the default is that their purity is valid. Doubt about an act of worship after completing it does not invalidate it, so such doubt should be ignored. However, if a worshipper becomes certain that they performed prayers without ablution, they must repeat them according to the majority of scholars, to the best of their ability. They should make up for what is necessary to achieve certainty or strong

Doubt (Ghalabat al-Dhann) that their duty has been fulfilled if they are unable to determine the exact number of prayers missed.
