Must the prayers performed while vaginal discharge was present be made up, given that their number or time is unknown, and does repentance supersede what came before it?

If you doubt the emission of discharge, then there is nothing upon you and your prayer is valid. However, if you are certain of its emission during prayer, then your ritual purity is nullified, and you incur sin by continuing the prayer while knowing [of the discharge]. You must repent and make up those prayers in a way that does not harm your body or livelihood. If you know the specific prayers in which this occurred, then make them up. Otherwise, refer to no. 123505.
