What is the ruling on Hajj and prayer after having missed the Maghrib and 'Isha prayers in Muzdalifah due to extreme fatigue and forgetting them, and not having made them up until now?

Fatigue is not an excuse to abandon prayer or to delay it beyond its prescribed time. Doing so is considered a grave mistake and a great sin. If a Muslim is fatigued, it is permissible for them to delay the prayer until the middle or end of its time to rest and then pray it with humility and tranquility, but it is not permissible to delay it until its time expires. Whoever intentionally delays prayer beyond its time must repent and make up the missed prayers. This action does not affect the validity of Hajj if other conditions are met.
