What is the ruling on prayers missed due to a four-month coma and partial loss of consciousness?

We ask Allah for your complete recovery. The prayers you missed while unconscious and unaware do not need to be made up. However, the prayers you abandoned while aware and conscious must be made up, along with repentance to Allah. Prayer is not waived as long as one is conscious. A sick person prays according to their ability, standing, sitting, lying on their side, or by gesturing, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: ("Pray standing; if you cannot, then sitting; if you cannot, then lying on your side").
