Is it obligatory to repeat the prayer when in doubt about forgetting the first Tashahhud and forgetting the prostrations of forgetfulness (sujud al-sahw)?

If the doubt about omitting the first occurs after the prayer has ended, nothing is required of you. However, if the doubt occurs during the prayer, then the prostration of forgetfulness ( al-sahw) is recommended. In the event of forgetting the prostration of forgetfulness that becomes due, there is a difference of opinion among scholars regarding repeating the prayer.
