What is the ruling on the prayer of one who made a mistake while leading his mother in Maghrib prayer, by standing for the third rak'ah without the tashahhud in the second rak'ah, then sat down after his mother alerted him, completed his prayer, then stood up and performed another rak'ah, and then performed the prostration of forgetfulness (sujud al-sahw)?

Your prayer is valid if you did not intentionally return to the first , and you thought it was the final Tashahhud.
Since you performed the before completing the prayer, you must return to a sitting position, then say 'Allahu Akbar' to stand up and perform the missed rak'ah. Then, you prostrate for forgetfulness ( al-sahw) at the end of the prayer.
If you stood up immediately without sitting, you must repeat the prayer.
