The answer

The ruling on the validity of your actions depends on when the drops cease. If they have a specific time they stop before the prayer time expires, then you must wait, then perform ablution (wudu), pray, and circumambulate (). However, if their emission is continuous or irregular, then you are permitted to perform ablution, pray, and circumambulate before they cease. Your prayer is valid, and you are considered among those with urinary incontinence (sahib al-salas). You must perform (cleansing after urination) and wudu for each prayer time. You must also take precautions to prevent defiling the mosque. There is no (expiatory payment) required of you.
