Do pilgrims returning from Hajj pray shortened or full prayers during their quarantine period?

The shortening of prayers ends when the traveler reaches his village or city of residence. If the mentioned quarantine is within the city or village where the traveler resides, or in its outskirts connected to its buildings, then he performs the prayer in full and does not shorten it. However, if he is detained before reaching his place of residence, he shortens the prayer because he is still considered a traveler, unless he intends to stay for four days or more.
