Does the prayer become invalid if the worshiper says the Taslim immediately upon rising from the prostration of forgetfulness, or must he wait a little before saying the Taslim?

The prayer is valid if the worshipper says the taslim (definition) after the two prostrations of forgetfulness (sujood as-sahw) without a tashahhud (definition) after them, and there is no need to wait. Scholars have differed on the permissibility of the tashahhud after sujood as-sahw. Those who affirm its permissibility cite the hadith (definition) of Imran bin Husain: "That the Prophet (peace be upon him) led them in prayer and made a mistake, so he prostrated twice, then recited the tashahhud, then said the taslim." However, several memorizers of hadith have judged the addition of the tashahhud in this hadith to be weak, among them Al-Bayhaqi, Ibn Abd al-Barr, Ibn al-Mundhir, Ibn Taymiyyah, and Al-Albani. Ibn al-Mundhir stated that this tashahhud was not narrated by Khalid through reliable chains. Ibn Qudamah said that the tashahhud and taslim occur after the prostrations if their place is after the taslim or if they were forgotten before it, while others, like Anas, Al-Hasan (definition), and Ata, said that there is no tashahhud or taslim in them.
