Is it permissible for a pregnant woman who finds difficulty prostrating on the ground to prostrate on a pillow during prayer?

Prayer is not waived for a servant as long as they are alive and conscious. It should be performed according to one's ability. Whoever is able to stand, bow, and prostrate must perform it completely. If one is unable to do some of these, they should do what they can. If the questioner is unable to prostrate on the ground due to hardship, she is not required to place a pillow but should rather nod with her head, based on the hadith (definition) of Imran ibn Husayn: "Pray standing; if you are unable, then sitting; if you are unable, then on your side." However, if placing a pillow and prostrating on it is easier, there is no harm in doing so.
