The answer

If fleeing is permissible, and it is impossible to perform the prayer standing and facing the Qiblah due to fear of certain harm, then the prayer is valid and there is nothing upon the worshiper. However, it is better to repeat it as a precautionary measure. The prayer of extreme fear (salat al-khawf) is permissible in this situation, whether the fear is for oneself, one's property, or one's family. As for the one who disobeys by fleeing (such as fleeing from a right or a thief), the prayer of fear is not permissible for him because it is a concession that is not granted through an act of disobedience. If it is possible to eliminate the fear without resorting to the prayer of fear, then it is not permissible to perform it in that state. If the situation does not permit that, then repetition of the prayer becomes obligatory.
