Is it permissible for a resident staying with his family for one month, who is from another city, to combine and shorten prayers?

If a traveler intends to stay four days or more, the ruling of travel ceases for them, and they are required to pray the full prayer. Since you will be staying for a month, you are obligated to pray the full prayer from the first day of arrival, and not combine prayers.
