The answer

There is no regular pre-Jumu'ah prayer ( Qabliyyah Ratibah); for nothing authentic has been reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, concerning that. What some people do, performing two voluntary rak'ahs after the first for Jumu'ah, is not legislated; rather, some scholars have considered it among the innovations that the Imam should prohibit. The first adhan on Friday is only to call those who are far away, so they may prepare to attend. So, whoever comes after the first adhan and enters the mosque, let him pray as many voluntary prayers as he wishes until the second adhan comes, just as the righteous predecessors used to do, and there is no specific number for these voluntary prayers.
