What Breaks the Prayer

• Will the Mufti who erred in his fatwa and followed it be held accountable, and will my prayer be invalidated if I acted upon his erroneous fatwa concerning the nullifiers of prayer?
• Does prayer become invalid by cutting off the row, such as praying between two pillars or between two children? Is this considered like praying alone behind the row? And does prayer become invalid by the presence of an empty space in the row?
• Can one pray the two rak'ahs of the Fajr supererogatory prayer as four rak'ahs, and is it obligatory to denounce the one who does so?
