The answer

If the blood visible from hand cracks is slight, it is pardoned and does not affect the validity of prayer or ablution. However, if it is not slight, it must be washed off for prayer, and the blood-stained sock must be removed from the pocket before prayer, because carrying impurities invalidates it if they are not pardoned. Water must be made to reach the inside of the cracks if possible. But if the blood is difficult to guard against, it is pardoned to avoid hardship. Clothes washed with impure water also become impure.
