A person is not held accountable for what they do in their sleep, because the pen is lifted from the sleeper until they awaken. However, if they experience a wet dream (احتلام), ritual bathing () becomes obligatory upon them. The area touched by semen is not impure, as semen is pure. The questioner must lower their gaze from forbidden things and fear Allah.
