Do thoughts and whispers regarding the emission of semen and nocturnal emission invalidate the fast?

Thinking about lustful matters and having a wet dream during the daytime in Ramadan (definition) does not invalidate the fast. Similarly, the emission of manī (sperm) or madhī (pre-ejaculatory fluid) merely by thinking does not invalidate the fast according to the majority of scholars. One is advised to fear Allah and avoid dwelling on obsessive thoughts. A wet dream is a minor matter, and a person is not held accountable for it; however, it necessitates performing ghusl (definition) (ritual bath).
