Nocturnal emission (wet dream) does not affect the validity of the fasting person's fast, because it is beyond their control. They must perform (ritual bath) if they find traces of semen. Semen is considered pure according to the more preponderant opinion, so there is no obligation to wash clothes that have been stained by it.
