The answer

We ask Allah to remove the whispers from you and relieve your distress, for obsessive-compulsive disorder is treatable. Your laughter when reading the message has no consequence, and you have not departed from Islam by it. Your Islam is affirmed with certainty, and certainty is not removed by doubt. Therefore, there is no need for (ritual bath) due to the absence of proof of apostasy. Discard these thoughts and do not open the door to obsessive whispering.
