Third: Describing someone as a "dayouth" (cuckold) is either forbidden backbiting (gheebah) or a grave slander (buhtan), and neither of them is apostasy.

Fourth: Laughing at someone who curses people, or laughing at people's crying, is not apostasy; rather, it is bad manners. The duty is to denounce such acts.

Fifth: Laughing at people crying during prayer is bad manners and an injustice to oneself, unless it is involuntary.

Sixth: If laughing indicates mockery of religion, its rulings, or the Sunnah, this is a different matter than laughing at a person. One should avoid sitting with those who mock people.
