How is ghusl performed in the Shafi'i school of thought, and is it sufficient for water to reach the entire body to achieve purity?

According to the Shafi'i school, there are two forms of ghusl (definition) (ritual bath): a complete form and a sufficient (جزئي) form. The complete form begins with the recitation of "Bismillah" (in the name of Allah) and the intention (niyyah (definition)), followed by washing the hands and removing impurities. Then, one performs wudu (ablution), followed by running water through the roots of the hair and pouring water over the head three times, then over the rest of the body, scrubbing what can be scrubbed, and finally washing the feet. The sufficient form is limited to the intention and pouring water over the visible skin and hair, ensuring it reaches what is beneath.
