Is ghusl obligatory for a woman if her husband penetrates her but does not ejaculate semen into her vagina?

Anal intercourse is forbidden and a major sin. Obedience to the husband is not permissible if he requests it. If penetration occurs in the anus or vagina, both the penetrator and the penetrated must perform , even if ejaculation does not occur.
