Is ghusl obligatory for the wife if the husband derived pleasure from her hand without intercourse?

If a husband masturbates using his wife's hand, she is not required to perform ghusl (definition) unless she ejaculates, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "If she sees water." The emission of semen with desire necessitates ghusl for both men and women, and there is no disagreement among jurists on this matter. The husband must provide an independent dwelling for the marital home, as the wife's sustenance, clothing, and housing are among the husband's obligations.
