is not obligatory except upon the emission of semen or by intercourse, even without emission. It is permissible for a husband to enjoy his wife during menstruation with anything other than intercourse, but the customs that may prevent enjoyment with a woman he has contracted with until she is presented to him should be respected. Also, the saying "There is no shyness in religion" is not a prophetic .
